What a decent way to end a great fluke season! Brian, Jimbo and I left the dock around 7:15. We started at the inlet and caught one bluefish. Next stop was the Tires for one keeper and a few shorts. We then went out to the range buoy area for a few more shorts and another keeper.
Our next stops were at several other wrecks for a bunch of nice sea bass (all released) and finally returned to the range buoy area where we kept 3 nice fluke and a bunch of shorts. Considering a sporty ocean, this was a real nice way to end the fluke season.
Looking forward to Tog, Sea bass and Stripers!
