This is my first report on the new website.
I have been hitting the sod banks since the first week of March and this is the first fish that I have caught. Really should have tried a few other spots , but I was determined to catch my first striper at this well known area. The catch was witnessed by club member Bill Bond and Tom Daly. Bait of choice was bloodworms. Water temperature was in the high 40’s. Hopefully the weather and the fishing improves. Good luck to all members and hope to see some of you soon.
