After weeks, no make that months of frustrating weather & a poor fluke bite, accompanied by several VHFC members, we finally had a great day. On Friday, 8/23, I, Boston Bob, Bert, Bill and James went out with Captain Greg Carr on the Kev ‘n Ash. It started slow but turned on fast. With Greg making many slight position moves, we finished the day with 18 fluke from 20″ to 6.5 pounds! We even let 2 18″ keepers go. Here’s hoping this will continue for all of us until the season closes next month.
